What the role involves

You’ll be making outbound calls using a provided dialer and script. Your job is to speak with homeowners, ask a short set of questions, and identify whether they’re open to a follow-up conversation.

You are not selling, negotiating, or closing deals. When a conversation meets certain criteria, it’s passed along to the client team for follow-up.

How the work is structured

  • Calls are outbound and scripted
  • Call lists and tools are provided
  • Outcomes are logged after each call
  • Work is remote and independent

This is straightforward phone work focused on consistency and clear communication.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role. Compensation is tied to completed, qualified outcomes (such as scheduled follow-ups or transfers).

There is no base hourly pay, but experienced and top performers typically earn $30-$50/hr. Specific details are shared after the application steps.

Experience

Previous cold calling or phone experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.

What matters most is being reliable, speaking clearly, and following instructions.
